Cyber Insurance is a relatively new cover in the insurance market.This covers your business in the event that your computer systems are compromised by a malicious effort. This cover will take care of costs to restore your systems, investigate what went wrong, pay for civil fines and liability, engage public relations consultants in case of reputational damage etc. It can also reimburse for business interruption following an attack and importantly, provide for ransom should your business be held to it.
